Where is Kinzoo Adventures available?
Right now, Kinzoo Adventures is available in North America, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. We are also hard at work gathering feedback from customers and we are looking at new markets all the time. If Kinzoo isn’t available where you are, tell us what country you live in at email@example.com!
Is Kinzoo Adventures available in any languages other than English?
Not yet! We are working on language localization as we look at opportunities in new markets.
How does Kinzoo Adventures make money?
Kinzoo Adventures makes money by offering features and services that users can choose to pay for. We believe in this kind of model because it ensures access for everyone who wants to use Kinzoo—and motivates us to develop features that kids will love and parents will see real value in.
What is Kinzoo Adventures?
Kinzoo Adventures lets you create your own characters and stories—and easily turn them into videos you can share! Dress your characters in millions of outfit combinations, take them to far-away locations and easily stitch your scenes together. Your imagination is the only limit! Right now, Kinzoo Adventures is in early access, so you need an access code to play. But stay tuned... we’ll be launching to the public soon!
Are there advertisements in the Kinzoo Adventures app?
We do not show targeted ads in our apps, and we will never use your data to allow third parties to show you ads. While a lot of other tech platforms rely on data capture and targeted ads for revenue, we believe it leads companies to put the needs of advertisers over the needs of customers—and Kinzoo is here to serve families.
Stories, characters & stories
How do I create a character?
You can create your own characters to add to your stories! Each character has their own name, physical features and clothing. To create a new character tap New Character on your home screen or tap the plus button on your Characters screen.
Can I remove a pet I adopted?
Right now, there isn't any way to remove pets. But stay tuned... we working on improvements all the time!
How do I rearrange scenes in a story?
Use the timeline at the bottom of the scenes to reorder the cards by dragging and dropping them where you like.
My story or character didn't save. Can I recover it?
In order to save your story or character, you must be connected to the internet. Unfortunately, if your story or character failed to save, you'll need to recreate it.
How do I share a story?
Simply save your story to your device and send it to your family and friends!
How many stories can I create?
You can create as many stories as you like—your imagination is the only limit!
Can I add other users' characters to my story?
You can only add characters you create to your stories.
How many characters can I create?
You can create up to 50 characters in Kinzoo Adventures! If you've reached your limit, you'll need to select an existing character to delete in order to make room.
What is a story and how do I create one?
A story is a series of static scenes that can be played like a video. You can add the characters you create, pets you adopt, backgrounds, furniture and other props you buy from The Mall.
To create a story, navigate to the Story tab and tap the New Story button. When you're creating your story, you can add or duplicate existing scenes. Experiment with adding different backgrounds, characters, speech bubbles, furniture, pets and more to your story—then tap Done when you're ready to save it.
How do I sign in or log out of my account?
Right now, Kinzoo Adventures is only available in early access, so you need an access code to sign up. If you have an access code, you can download the Kinzoo Adventures app from the App Store or Play Store, and then follow the instructions to sign up! In order to log out, open your Settings by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner of your home screen follow the instructions.
Help! I forgot my password.
No problem! Contact Customer Support at firstname.lastname@example.org and describe your login issue in detail. After you verify that you are the owner of the account, your password can be reset.
Help! I forgot my username.
Some Kinzoo Adventures purchase receipts include your username. Unfortunately, without a purchase history, there is no way to recover the account.
How do I change my username?
Unfortunately, there is no way to change your username at this time, but stay tuned... we are always working on improvements!
How do I change my password?
Open your Settings by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner of your home screen. Tap Reset Password option and then follow the prompts to update it.
I think I have an unauthorized charge. How do I report it?
Please alert us to any unauthorized charges so we can investigate the accounts and prevent further fraudulent charges where possible. However, any unauthorized purchases must be refunded by the App Store or Google Play Store.
What are Zoonies?
Zoonies are in-app currency you can use to buy clothing, adopt pets and collect other items for your stories. If you are over 13 years old you can purchase Zoonies via your wallet.
Does Kinzoo store my credit card information?
All in-app purchases in Kinzoo are managed and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store depending on your device. Kinzoo does not have access to your payment information, such as your credit card number.
I haven’t received my Zoonies after I purchased them. What do I do?
After you purchase Zoonies in Kinzoo Adventures, they will be added to your wallet. Short delays can happen as the App Store and Play Store process the purchase, and it may take up to 24 hours for the purchase to appear. If your wallet hasn't updated after 24 hours, try closing and re-opening the app. You can contact Apple or Google Play for more information if you still do not see your Zoonies after 24 hours. You can also contact us at email@example.com with a copy of the receipt from the transaction. Our team will look into what happened and credit the missing purchase in cases where it wasn’t added to the wallet.

What legislation does Kinzoo comply with?

How do I prevent my child from making a purchase in Kinzoo Adventures?
Both iOS and Android provide parental controls that can be used to adjust if and how your child can make in-app purchases. For more details visit the Apple support page or Google support page.
What can I do to keep my child's account secure?
We are committed to making Kinzoo Adventures a safe and fun place for everyone. With these tips, you can help protect your child's account.
- Use a unique password that has a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters
- Never share your password with anyone, even if it’s a friend you know in real life
- Keep your account and personal information private and never publish it in your stories
(including your name, email, address, phone number or real-life photos)
- Log out of Kinzoo Adventures when you're done if you share your device with others
What are the minimum device requirements for Kinzoo Adventures?
- For Apple devices, Kinzoo Adventures requires iOS 11 or higher.
- For Android devices, Kinzoo Adventures requires Android 5.x “Lollipop” API 21+
or higher. Because of the large number of Android devices that exist, we cannot guarantee that Kinzoo Adventures will run properly on all Android devices.
