Kinzoo Messenger In-App Movie Ticket Giveaway Promotion Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Kinzoo Messenger In-App Promotion(the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the jurisdictions where thePromotion is not prohibited by law, who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Employees of Kinzoo Technologies Inc. ("Kinzoo" or "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins [insert] and ends [insert], as specified by the Sponsor. Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. 

How to Enter: No purchase necessary to enter or win.A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. To enter the Promotion, eligible participants or members of their household to whom they are connected in-app must complete the specified in-app activity within the Kinzoo Messenger application during the Promotion Period. Upon completion of the activity, participants will automatically be entered into the draw fora chance to win the prize.

Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) movie ticket package valued at $150. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. 

Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. Winners will be notified by email within five (5) days following the selection of winners. Kinzoo shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for a winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and other companies associated with the Promotion, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, share holders, representatives, and agents (the"Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the prize (including any travel or activity related thereto).

Disputes: THIS PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OFTHE PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in British Columbia,Canada having jurisdiction.
